Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Participate in general site planning and preparation;
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing basic hand and power tools;
- Offer leadership and guidance to a team of electrical installers, overseeing work progress, and mentoring junior installers;
- Ensure that work adheres to relevant codes and standards;
- Maintain precise records of work, including installation diagrams;
- Assist in coordinating labor, materials, and equipment requests;
- Adhere to tool management standards;
- Successfully complete entire systems to meet client satisfaction while maintaining uncompromised quality;
- Regularly conduct inspections and audits to uphold the quality of electrical work, reviewing completed installations to ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and project specifications;
- Identify potential hazards, report them, and implement necessary precautions to mitigate risks;
- Receive, inspect, and verify the accuracy of delivered materials, such as pipes, fittings, valves, and other components. Handle, store, and transport materials and equipment to and from the work area in a safe manner;
- Demonstrate the capability to work independently;
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability when encountering challenges.
Experience
- Hold an Electrical License and Certification; preference will be given to candidates with an Electrical License A;
- Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending basic English;
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related trade field;
- Proficiency in utilizing hand and power tools.
