Reporting to the Director of Business Process Excellence, you will be ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our processes within all our business areas and locations while minimising disruption to the customer and business.

Your playing field
- Develop an in-depth understanding and take ownership of assigned processes, including their purpose, steps, and stakeholders involved.
- You will be assessing and identifying process bottlenecks, as well as opportunities for improvement.
- Setting up and document detailed process maps for the assigned processes to create best practice.
- You will be collaborating with other stakeholders and business functions to ensure alignment on the requirements for implementation.
- Measure process effectiveness by tracking key performance indicators.
