Muovo is one of the Broadwing Limited (C84543) brands. Broadwing (“we”, “us” or “our”) has its registered office at The Penthouse, Ewropa Business Centre, Triq Dun Karm, Birkirkara, Malta – EU. We, our affiliates and subsidiaries, respect your rights and privacy as detailed in these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and IP & Cookie policy.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings unless the context requires otherwise:-


Any Advertisement including Lineage Advertisements, Display Advertisements, and Logo Buttons, Banners, Sponsorship and/or any page of Client advertising together with any other form of Advertisement as shall appear on the website from time to time.


Any person or entity using our Site to advertise any job vacancy including but not limited to, direct employers and outsourcing agents. Any user registering on the Site as an Employer. Where a job vacancy is placed by a Client on behalf of a third party, we will charge the Client and not the End Client.

End Client

The person to whom the Services are provided.

The employment agency services which we have agreed to provide to the User including, in particular, the mailshot of job vacancies.

Any person who subscribes to the site.

Job Seeker/Candidate

Any person that registers on the Site as a Candidate/Job Seeker and does so with the sake of applying to jobs posted by our Clients.

2. Introduction

2.1. These terms and conditions govern your use of this Site: muovo.eu. By using this Site, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this Site.

2.2. We reserve the right to revise the Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.

2.3. This site uses cookies. To be able to use our Site you must consent to our use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy and IP & Cookies Policy, with the exception of strictly necessary cookies.

2.4. Unless otherwise stated, muovo.eu and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights of the Site. All these intellectual property rights are reserved. All intellectual property rights for material on the website shall be the property of such entities and/or individuals posting such material.

2.5. You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the Site for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions.

2.6. You are solely responsible for checking the relevant section of this Site for any changes to these terms & conditions.

2.7. You shall not:

  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from the Site;
  • Show any material from the Site in public;
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on this Site for a commercial purpose;
  • Edit or attempt to edit or otherwise modify or attempt to modify any material on the Site;
  • Redistribute material from this Site, including republication on another Site, except for content specifically and expressly made available for redistribution.

2.8. You must not use this Site in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Site or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Site; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

2.9. You must not use this Site to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software.

2.10. You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or in relation to this Site without our express written consent.

3. General

3.1. muovo.eu is not to be considered as an employer or recruiter and will not be responsible for any recruitment processes, or parts thereof. Muovo.eu is an online portal for candidates, recruiters, employers and advertisers meaning that we shall not, at any stage, be responsible for any further development or otherwise between candidates, recruiters, employers and/or advertisers and/or any other party availing itself of the Site.

3.2. We rely on information provided to us by our Clients and via third parties that are not affiliated to us and accordingly we shall not guarantee the suitability of any Client using the Service on the Site or of any Advertisement found directly or indirectly through the Site. We cannot guarantee that any postings for a job vacancy shall be successful.

3.3. We shall not be involved and shall be held free and harmless from any dispute and/or action is taken, for whatever reason, made by any entity and/or individual making use of this Site.

3.4. We do not screen or censor any company profiles, curriculum vitae, job descriptions and/or any supporting documents submitted by candidates, recruiters, employers and/or advertisers. All users therefore agree and accept that.

3.5. We do not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of user content or any other communication posted by users, and nor do we endorse any opinions expressed by users. Candidates, recruiters and employers are encouraged to verify any information exchanged over the Site independently.

3.6. Throughout our Site, you will find links to external websites. Although we make every effort to ensure these links are accurate, relevant and up to date, we do not take any responsibility for other web pages maintained by external providers. We take no responsibility for the information contained on external links accessible from this Site. Views expressed by third parties on their own webpages shall be in no way linked to our views or opinions

3.7. We shall not be held liable for any content on external web pages.

3.8. We reserve the right to take any action, including an action for damages against any user of this Site where such use does not abide by and/or adhere to these Terms of Use and/or any other applicable law or regulation.

3.9. If you come across any external links that don’t work, we would be grateful if you could report them to us.

3.10. Any registration details you use must be personal to you and must not be used by anyone else. We accept no liability for any unauthorised or improper use or disclosure of any password.

3.11. All mailshots transmitted by e-mail and subsequently received by any User are confidential. If you are not the intended recipient, you should not copy or disclose any message to anyone but should kindly notify the sender and delete the message.

3.12. Each User warrants and represents that any information supplied in connection with the Services is accurate, complete and true.

3.13. You are aware that by subscribing to our Services and specifying your job preferences, our system will automatically search for job vacancies matching your preferences and you will receive mailshots based on such automated matches. You understand that this is how we are able to provide you with our Services in a quick and efficient manner.

3.14. You can unsubscribe from our email notifications at any time. A link to unsubscribe can be found at the bottom of any/all email notifications that we send.

3.15. We do not guarantee that our Service will be compatible with your email provider and you should regularly check our Site for updates to ensure you do not miss out on new jobs, offers, or applications.

4. Terms Applicable to Job Seekers

4.1. Job seekers’ applications will be directed to the Client/Employer through online or offline communication (including but not limited to website, email address and telephone number). Muovo.eu should not be considered as a recruiter or employer and any issues or queries should be directed to the advertiser.

4.2. Jobs listed on the Site may accept applications in two ways. The “Express Apply” method, whereby Job Seekers fill in their application form on our Site with their contact details, CV and Cover letter. A notification is sent to the Client informing them of the application which they can view using their Employer account. The standard “Apply” function will redirect the user to an external link supplied by the employer where the User can find more information on the role or apply to the jo directly to the employer without it being recorded on our Site.

4.3. Any information resumes or supporting documents submitted by Job Seekers must be accurate and describe them, as an individual person. Job seekers acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any resume or material forwarded to employers.

4.4. We are not responsible for and do not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of information submitted by Clients, be they employers or recruiters, and shall not be held responsible for the outcome of such events.

4.5. We cannot guarantee that applications for vacancies will be successful and/or acknowledged or responded to by the Client. It is up to the Client to respond to all applications directly.

4.6. During the Job Seeker Registration process, Users will be asked whether they would like to be contacted by Broadwings’ recruitment specialists to assist them in finding a job through the Broadwing Recruitment Agency. This is a separate service to the Site and only users accepting this will be contacted. Job Seekers may unsubscribe to this at any time from their profile. If a Job Seeker was already in contact with Broadwing, they must email info@broadwing.jobs to close the account.

4.7. If a Job Seeker deletes an account, all their data including CV, profile picture and application history will be removed and cannot be recovered. Job Seekers also in contact with a Broadwing recruitment specialist must email info@broadwing.jobs to not be contacted by recruiters in the future.

5. Terms Applicable to Clients/Employers

5.1. Clients will be solely responsible for the content they publish on muovo.eu or on third party job boards via muovo.eu.

5.2. Any jobs posted must be genuine, legal, gender-equal, non-discriminatory, and abide by the relevant laws and regulations applicable in Malta, and must strictly not contain:

  • Inaccurate, false, or misleading information;
  • The information which is discriminatory in any form or manner;
  • Include any screening requirement which is not an actual and legal requirement of the job posted;
  • More than one job or job description in the same advert, unless specifically authorised;
  • Misleading, unreadable, or “hidden” keywords, repeated keywords or keywords that are irrelevant to the vacancy being presented to sell or advertise products or services;
  • Any job or jobs which are “Open Applications” or generic job listings.

5.3. All adverts posted on the Site and on affiliated third party job boards and/or websites via muovo.eu, must abide by the Terms and Conditions of each of these individual job boards and/or websites.

5.4. We reserve the right to remove any job posting or content from the Site, which is deemed to be non-compliant with these Terms of Use. Where such job posting and/or content is removed from the Site due to non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions, no refund shall be issued by us to the Client. This also applies to jobs posted on affiliated third-party job boards.

5.5. Any company description or information submitted must be truthful and accurate to the company. Clients acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any content placed on the Site.

5.6. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account, billing information, profile and passwords, as applicable on the Site. Clients are prohibited from sharing sensitive information such as passwords or billing information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and shall be responsible for all their users on the Site, whether or not authorised by the client.

5.7. Clients agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of their account. Unless such unauthorised use of the account is the result of gross negligence and/or fraud on our part, the Client shall not hold us or any affiliate, undertaking, subsidiary or otherwise connected entity responsible in any manner.

5.8. Should the Client accounts on muovo.eu be cancelled for whatsoever reason, any account and company information, billing information and/or saved published or unpublished job advert, shall only be retained in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act (Cap. 586) of the Laws of Malta.

5.9. Any information, curriculum vitae or supporting documents submitted by Job Seekers can only be used for the purpose of the job application. Use or misuse of such information out of context is prohibited. We shall in no way be held liable for any use or misuse of such information out of context.

5.10. Clients may opt for job bundles (i.e. purchase more than one job listing at a time). Prices for such job bundles can be found here: https://muovo.eu/jobs-packages/. Job bundles are valid for 12 months.

5.11. Publishing of jobs in the Featured Sections shall be at the sole discretion of muovo.eu, subject to availability and to further discussions with us. Publishing of jobs in the Featured Section shall be against payment, subject to availability.

5.12. Paid internships and NGO vacancies shall be advertised on the Site for free.

5.13. Every individual job posting is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of publishing, or for a shorter period as the case may be. Job listings cannot be extended. Clients have the option to re-publish a job on expiry, subject to an additional charge.

5.14. Clients have the right to stop or cancel the advert, however, no refund shall be issued by us to the Client.

5.15. Payments shall be submitted online or by bank transfer or cheque. We shall ensure that all online payment processing is done through a secure gateway. Clients agree to submit all data required for payment processing, including VAT number, and to ensure that all information submitted shall be accurate and correct. However, should such a secure gateway encounter any problems over which we have no control, we shall in no way be held liable. In the event the Client uses Bank Transfer or Cheque payments, the payment shall be deemed to be received once the cheque has been deposited or once the bank transfer has been confirmed as received in the bank account indicated by us. In all these cases, the service purchased by the Client shall not commence unless and until payment has been successfully received.

5.16. If the Site is down for any reason beyond our reasonable control, no refund, in whole or in part, shall be given. We will do our utmost to ensure the smooth functioning of the services at all times.

5.17. We shall not be held liable or responsible in any way for the adequacy and/or suitability of the applications received. We are not responsible for and do not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of information submitted by Job Seekers and will not be held responsible for the outcome of such events.

5.18. In order to use the Service, you must first agree to these Terms of Use. Should the company profile be created by our admin team, the client must activate their account (i.e. accept the Terms by clicking on a link provided via email).

6. Additional Terms Applicable to Clients/Employers using the Contactless ATS Syncing

6.1. All plans are for a period of one year and to be paid upfront.

6.2. Featured Jobs are not possible when using the ‘Contactless’ Syncing plans.

6.3. The Muovo job board will only display the number of jobs that are included in your “Contactless” pricing plan.

6.4. Applicants will be prompted with a notice to inform them that they are leaving the Muovo Job Board and will be applying directly with the employer through their ATS.

6.5. “Apply” link clicks will be tracked and shown on the candidates’ private dashboard on the Muovo Job Board and may be used by Broadwing Ltd for reporting purposes.

6.6. The free sponsored business articles (advertorial) must be related to HR & Recruitment.

7. Liability

We shall not be liable (whether in contract or tort) or held responsible whatsoever for:

7.1. Any failure to provide the Service, or unavailability of the Site, as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control;

7.2. Any mistakes or errors whatsoever that arise during the course of the use of the Service or any loss of information or data or any damage thereto in each case as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control or which arise as a result of the acts or omissions of the User or of the Client;

7.3. Any failure to secure employment or consequential loss (whether caused by the negligence of BL, its employees or agents);

7.4. Any delay, costs, expense, loss, damage or liability (including without limitation as a result of any hardware failure, provision or use of software, virus, deletion, corruption, loss or removal of data) howsoever caused arising from any matter beyond our reasonable control or as a result of the acts or omissions of the User or the Client;

7.5. Any loss or damage whatsoever howsoever caused arising out of the negligence, dishonesty, misconduct, breach of faith, incompetence, or the wrongful disclosure of confidential information by the User or Client. It is for the Job Seeker to satisfy itself as to the integrity and reliability of all vacancies received by email through the Site.

8. Severability

If a provision of these Terms of Use is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Broadwing Limited in relation to your use of this Site, and supersedes all previous agreements in respect of your use of this Site.

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta and any disputes relating to these Terms of Use shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.
