Your playing field:

• Elevate Our Brand: Join us as an Employer Branding Specialist to shape and amplify the Tipico brand presence.
• Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with talent acquisition, marketing, and communication teams to execute the dynamic Employer Branding and careers social media strategy.
• Content Maestro: Manage and evolve our content portfolio and calendar, driving captivating campaigns for talent attraction and retention. Also design and develop striking visuals/pictures, graphics, and videos—that capture our brand essence.
• Digital Curator: Maintain and enhance the content of our group careers websites and drive new website development when needed.
• Insightful Reporting: Build reports that showcase campaign performance and brand reach, keeping business and stakeholders informed.
• Event Orchestrator: Plan and coordinate engaging talent acquisition and Employer Branding events like job fairs, meet ups, and university engagements/events.
