Our client is an international company that offers a range of services from e-learning to training programs.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of over 10 sales and marketing professionals to achieve their individual targets;
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members;
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment;
  • Generate new leads and cultivate relationships with potential clients;
  • Drive sales by promoting our courses and programs;
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals;
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to create targeted campaigns and promotions;
  • Attend trade shows and events to network and promote the school;
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns;
  • Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends to identify new opportunities;
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management regularly;
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capture them;
  • Recruit and onboard talented sales professionals;
  • Develop and deliver training programs to equip new hires with the necessary skills and knowledge;
  • Continuously assess team skills and implement professional development programs;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational agents, partners, and students;
  • Represent the School at industry events, trade shows, and conferences;
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the management team to support the School’s goals and objectives;
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the institution remains competitive.

Experience

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Proven track record in sales and business development;
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language, such as French, Turkish, German, Arabic, or Mandarin;
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools;
  • Experience in the education industry is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours or on weekends, as needed.
