Your playing field:

• Your job is all about keeping things running smoothly and the team happy, just like a football coach. You’ll manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, reports, queues, and views in our Service Cloud, setting up the team for success.
• Work closely with our online and retail teams, learning their playbook, and delivering winning solutions. Your communication skills will be your secret weapon, bridging the gap between tech and business like a star quarterback.
• Stay ahead by keeping up with Salesforce’s latest releases and finding new features to boost our processes. Your proactive approach keeps us ahead of the competition.
• Design, test, and launch new features. Monitor and track user adoption to make sure the team is always playing at its best.
