Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Offer immigration support to clients, particularly High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) relocating to Malta;
- Manage client relationships within the firm and coordinate clients’ additional legal inquiries with various practice groups;
- Ensure effective client relationship management and risk mitigation within the firm;
- Coordinate clients’ other legal and tax-related queries with different practice groups;
- Act as a liaison with local immigration authorities on behalf of clients;
- Redsign services to align with evolving business requirements.
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in dealing with foreign clients;
- Be fluent in English both written and spoken;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, CRM or practice management systems.
Personal Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment;
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service required.
