Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Respond promptly to opportunities via software tools, emails, and phone calls;
• Deliver a personalized customer experience by effectively explaining website functionality through phone, email, and Teams communication;
• Foster and manage strong customer relationships;
• Build lasting relationships with customers through in-person visits, presenting the company concept and demonstrating website functionality;
• Organize and conduct workshops or product demos for customers;
• Collaborate with suppliers regarding potential opportunities;
• Perform cost analysis for non-codified items;
• Prepare and submit accurate quotes to customers;
• Provide support to team members as needed;
• Maintain and update the customer database;
• Implement software changes and oversee other technical projects.

Experience

• Proficient in computer applications, with strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite;
• Fluent in both Maltese and English;
• Hold a valid driving license and have your own means of transport;
• Be eligible for a Maltese engineering warrant;
• Experience in software implementation and business process re-engineering is a valuable asset.
