Our client is a software company that develops tax filing software.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, develop, and implement a new tax product using .NET and C#;
• Integrate the software with HMRC APIs, ensuring secure data exchange via JSON;
• Deliver accurate, high-quality desktop software that meets user requirements;
• Conduct thorough self-testing before handing over for formal review and feedback;
• Work independently on project delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met;
• Collaborate with a small, supportive team and report progress to the line manager.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ full-time experience in .NET and C# development.
• Strong knowledge of full-stack development, including ASP.NET, SQL, JSON, JS, HTML, and CSS.
• Previous experience building applications with API integrations is an asset.
