Delivery of Digital Products

• All digital and virtual products are processed and delivered within 3 working days of receiving payment.
• Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with access instructions or download links.
• If you do not receive your order within 3 working days, please contact us through the contact page.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are available only in the following cases:
  • The product was not delivered within 3 working days.
  • The product was defective or significantly different from its description.
• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• If a digital product has been partially consumed, refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis, calculated using the full product price and not any discounted bulk pricing.
• Refunds are not provided for change of mind or incorrect purchase.
