Services Provided

Muovo Jobboard offers services for employers to purchase job posting packages, upload and promote their vacancies (also referred to as jobs), and receive applications directly from candidates. Job seekers can register and apply for jobs advertised on the job board. Muovo is not involved in the hiring process.

Employer Responsibilities

  • Data Accuracy: Employers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided, including job postings and company profiles, is accurate and up-to-date. Incorrect or misleading information may lead to removal from the platform.
  • Compliance: Employers must adhere to all applicable EU and Maltese employment laws and regulations, including those set by the Department of Industrial and Employer Relations (DIER) for jobs advertised in Malta. Employers must ensure that their job postings comply with these laws and regulations to avoid any legal issues.
  • Employer Directory: Registered employers will be featured in the online Employer Directory. This directory displays their logo, links to social media profiles, an employer description, and other relevant information. It is the responsibility of the employer’s ‘Company Admin’ to manage and update this information as necessary.
  • Job Posting Duration: Jobs will remain visible on the portal for the predetermined duration specified when purchasing a job posting package. Employers can choose from various packages that determine how long their postings will be active on the website.
  • HR Talks: Certain job packages may include the option to upload articles to the ‘HR Talks’ section of the website. This blog features content relevant to the Human Resources sector, and employers are encouraged to contribute articles that provide value to the HR community.

Employer Portal

Once registered, employers can access the online employer portal to:

  • Grant or revoke access to additional users that can accesste employer portal on behalf of the registered company (employer)
  • Purchase job posting packages
  • Add, edit, or cancel job postings
  • View applications received
  • Manage the employer profile
  • Post articles to the HR Talks blog

Employers are expected to use these features responsibly and to keep their profile information current.

Candidate Responsibilities

  • Registration: Job seekers (candidates) can register on the Muovo Jobboard to apply for jobs advertised on the platform. Registration requires providing accurate personal information, which will be shared with employers during the application process.
  • Application Process: Applications are sent directly to employers, and Muovo is not involved in the hiring process. Job seekers must ensure that their applications are complete and truthful.
  • Job Alerts: Job seekers can create Job Alerts to receive automated email notifications when new jobs are published. This service helps candidates stay informed about new opportunities that match their preferences.

Mailing List Subscription

Website visitors can subscribe to the mailing list for HR Talks to receive emails with the latest articles, special offers, and more. Subscription is voluntary and can be canceled at any time.
