Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage projects from inception through to handover to the client, ensuring successful delivery;
• Develop and coordinate work schedules, resource allocation, and inputs required for project execution by the team;
• Supervise on-site installations, support, and servicing of energy management systems;
• Conduct on-site surveys, create proposals, and design solutions tailored to client specifications;
• Perform troubleshooting and testing on-site to resolve issues and ensure system functionality;
• Coordinate and oversee the work of sub-contractors and third-party service providers;
• Contribute to tenders and proposals by providing necessary documentation and BOQs;
• Ensure accurate reporting of service calls and installations through appropriate systems and reports;
• Certify and approve projects in accordance with the terms of the contract;
• Design and implement thorough quality testing procedures for systems;
• Provide training to both internal and external stakeholders as needed;
• Investigate and address client complaints, identifying and implementing solutions;
• Maintain comprehensive and organized project documentation;
• Occasionally travel abroad for short-term work assignments;
• Collaborate with internal teams and share relevant information across the organization;
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned by senior management, as required.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of proven experience in project engineering or project management;
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
