Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic eCommerce Assistant or Manager to oversee and drive the growth of our online hotel sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our eCommerce platform, implementing digital marketing strategies, and enhancing the overall online booking experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the performance of our eCommerce platform.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
• Monitor website analytics and sales performance, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Enhance user experience and drive customer engagement through effective website updates and promotional strategies.
• Stay updated on eCommerce trends and implement innovative growth strategies.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in eCommerce management or a similar role.
• Proficiency with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Degree in Marketing.
