Your role in ‘better’

• Analyze customer behavior daily and weekly to identify trends like stake levels, betting frequency, spending increase, and response to promotions.
• Analyze customer data with CMU team and BI insights for effective, engaging marketing campaigns.
• Help drive the commercial approach and marketing strategy for Sky Bet through diverse campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Bet Marketing Team and Community to retain, grow, and win back customers.
• Support customers in the Bet Commercial Team by helping with campaign planning, briefing, and delivery through our internal tool, Workfront.
