You’ll be working in a team responsible for defining and developing the best promotions in the industry, where we have the attitude to thinking differently, innovate and deliver outstanding experiences for our customers.

What you will do:

• Analyse performance on a day-to-day and week-to-week basis, understanding key trends and patterns in the behaviour of our customers, such as stakes, bet frequency, increased share of wallet and promotional offer uptake
• Fully understand what drives our key customer base, using market data and insight to unpick customer behaviours and ensure that all campaigns and marketing activities are engaging and measured effectively.
• Support the team in driving the commercial approach and the overarching marketing strategy across Sky Bet through multi-channel marketing campaigns (for example, Cheltenham, Start of Season and World Cups).
• Work closely with the wider Bet Marketing Team and Tribe, thinking and acting with a holistic approach to Acquiring, Retaining, Growing and Winning Back our customers

How you will do it:

You will work hand in hand with key stakeholders within the business to monitor and execute the performance, the promotional activity, and most importantly the customer experience.

• Commercially savvy: curiosity and willingness to learn what drives commercial results for the business with a continuous focus on our customer behaviours
• Strong collaborator: a proactive team player that works well and builds strong relationships with others across the business to get the best out of the people around them
• Customer obsessed: Puts the customer at the heart of everything, understanding how customer experience and interactions can affect performance
• Organized with an eye for detail: Be able to effectively plan and deliver multiple tactical and multi-channel campaigns with ease.
• Challenge the status quo: To achieve our commercial goals for Sky Bet, be unafraid to pursue opportunities for improvement and future growth of the team.
• Great communicator: Hold excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to effectively influence across the business of our commercial goals and objectives.
