Job Description

This role is heavily commercial as you’ll lead a small team whose objectives are set against business targets, including the upsell conversion metrics from Sky Bet to Sky Bet Games, active customers, stakes, gross margin percentage, and frequency.

What you will do…

• Take a lead role with Gaming in delivering an effective MPP strategy. Delivering against the high growth plans for Sky bet games, and longer term how we look to upsell customers to our gaming solus brands to improve the customer value.
• Be a key partner in the product development of Sky Bet Games, enabling capabilities Flutter UKI, and crafting the next big thing in sportsbook led gaming.
• Working with several teams across the business including Games content, Product, On-site analytics, Business Intelligence and Research, you will be responsible for developing the longer-term Marketing/Commercial strategies across Sky Bet Games.
• Through having a deep understanding of our customers’ motivations, and the business needs, you will work with the wider marketing team and supporting agencies to build compelling customer insights that form the basis of excellent promotions and campaigns, delivered in a way which will resonate with customers, growing our share of wallet and therefore our market share
• Alongside Brand, Content, CRM and Media teams you will develop an understanding of what an industry leading MPP proposition could look like.
• Responsibility for leading and measuring efficiently the promotional free bet budget for Sky Bet games – collaborating closely with our Growth and Content teams to innovate and develop our existing offers and Product to deliver an excellent customer experience – ensuring our mix of promotions resonate with customers, stand out from the competition and deliver Commercial returns.
• Ensuring industry leading execution, working closely with customer operational teams to deliver impactful customer communications.

• You will have a track record of influencing partners and leading a small team of people to work towards a common goal, providing challenge and encouraging each other along the way, and helping them to reach their full potential
• Detailed and interest and understanding of business performance you will use data led insights to be responsible for the business performance management, making prioritisation decisions with regards to use of budgets, effort and resource
