Who you’ll work with

The Senior CVM Manager will work closely with the Head of Commercial, driving the customer generosity strategy, customer retention and revenue growth across Sky Bet.

You’ll direct a team, and will collaborate closely with colleagues across Business Intelligence, Finance, Product, Commercial Performance, Acquisition, Brand CRM, Research and Trading.

This is a truly collaborative and all- encompassing role, with opportunity for tangible impact.

Your role in ‘better’

• You’ll take ownership of defining and driving the generosity we give our customers. You’ll help to craft how we reward customers in a relevant, value adding and timely way.
• You’ll develop a roadmap that clearly outlines the generosity ambitions and different workstreams across the short, medium and longer term.
• You’ll optimise and report on budgets of £150M.
• We’re looking for innovation and fresh ways of thinking – we’ll welcome new insights about how to distribute generosity across the base.
• You’ll define customer life stage journeys and build critical metrics for further (new customers) & win- back (lapsed customers).
• Developing a clear reporting framework, you’ll build measurable results which can be translated to your key partners.
• You’ll collaborate across the Bet leadership group and help steer the strategy, as well as being the subject matter authority.

How you’ll create ‘better’

• You’ll have confirmed experience in Commercial/Growth roles.
• A level of ambition and goal -orientation are integral here. You’ll get stuck in and achieve results that impact the bottom line.
• You’ll possess an understanding of business and a naturally commercial mentality. Able to make business- focused decisions and build strategy that takes into account the wider market and trends.
• This role is all in the relationships – a natural relationship builder, who is able to collaborate and communicate efficiently with a diverse mix of colleagues will add loads of value.
