Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide expert advice on a wide range of tax matters, including direct and indirect taxation;
• Work on structuring domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations;
• Advise on the structuring of personal wealth, incorporating trusts, foundations, and companies, among other arrangements;
• Stay updated on ongoing developments in international tax rules and provide guidance to clients accordingly;
• Support clients in potential tax disputes with the local Revenue authorities;
• Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm to offer comprehensive solutions.

Experience

• Understanding of domestic and international tax regulations;
• Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
