Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure meticulous planning and organization of work, maintaining client entity portfolios in good standing and compliance with all relevant authorities;
• Keep client compliance folders up to date;
• Support the onboarding process for new clients;
• Assist and coordinate the incorporation, maintenance, and dissolution of companies;
• Aid in the preparation and submission of annual returns and statutory filings for companies;
• Oversee all requirements related to contractual matters and licensing;
• Assist with the gaming licensing process for MGA licenses;
• Collaborate closely with the team of financial account managers to meet client expectations;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with authorities, auditors, tax advisors, lawyers, notaries, and other external parties;
• Participate in client meetings, both on-site and off-site;
• Monitor legal and fiscal developments, anticipate legislative changes, and identify business opportunities;
• Support clients with various corporate-related matters, including share transfers, bank account applications, and submission of documentation to the MBR or other authorities, as well as assistance with work permits;
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
