Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct site visits and take on-site measurements;
- Liaise with clients, architects, builders and contractors as needed;
- Prepare sketches for the project to be approved;
- Stay updated with industry trends;
- Other ad-hoc duties.
Experience
- Have previous experience in a similar role;
- Exhibit a high level of proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and CAD;
- Knowledge and skills in 3D drawing;
- Be fluent in both Maltese and English;
- Hold a valid driving licence.
Personal Skills
- Able to work on one’s own initiative;
- Able to work well within in a team;
- Attentive to details;
- Have good communication skills.
