Job Description
We require a Sommelier to work within our Group that runs the award-winning Caviar & Bull, Tarragon, Susurrus, Don Royale and Dinner in the Sky Malta restaurants.
Brief description:
– A wine expert that will manage the wines and the cellar, advice, and sells the patrons the best wine according to their tastes, the food, and wine pairing, the occasion, or the budget.
– Supervising wine serving.
