Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide guidance to private families on investment strategies, residency and citizenship options, due diligence, and other related concerns;
• Help with the certification of documents needed for immigration applications;
• Aid in the registration of documents with the Malta Public Registry;
• Support the preparation of legal memos;
• Assist in the submission process for work permit applications;
• Act as a liaison with local immigration and tax authorities on behalf of clients;
• Contribute to content creation for news articles, publications, product descriptions, and journals.

Experience

• Possess a Law degree and Maltese warrant;
• Strong interest in Immigration Law;
• Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Maltese;
• Skilled in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite;
• Previous experience is a valuable asset.
