Job Overview
We are seeking an In-House Security to join our company. The candidate will manage the security personnel of third-party contractors as well as the below responsibilities and duties.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Give adequate handover to the incoming security
- Log outgoing keys ensuring all keys are returned to the security room
- Log contractors working with the premises
- Promote Health and Safety with all contractors
- Notify the Operations Manager with any issues experienced by the security personnel
- Manage the security personnel of third-party contractors
- Assist customers as required
- Notify any customer with unproper behaviour
- Provide timely daily reports
- Provide additional reports as requested by management
- Respond to any emergency that occurs
- Perform patrols throughout the building
- Report any areas that are not covered by CCTV operations
- Record any accidents and report to your line manager
- Report hazards that are spotted within the Centre
- Ensure the security room is kept tidy at all times
- Take note of the times all shops open/close for business
- Take meter reading when required
- Any other tasks required by management from time to time
