Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth;
• Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company’s business objectives;
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape;
• Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing;
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for optimization;
• Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials;
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing assets;
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels;
• Manage and update the company’s website and social media profiles to reflect the brand’s image and voice;
• Foster relationships with residents and external collaborators to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy;
• Be fully active on social media and other communication channels to engage with the audience;
• Support operations with marketing services to ensure successful event execution;
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives;
• Work with external partners, agencies, and suppliers to maximize marketing effectiveness.

Experience

• Possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing;
• Hold a Certificate in MCAST Visual Arts or Creative and Digital Courses.
