Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to achieve the company’s long-term goals and objectives;
  • Identify and explore growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive business expansion;
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity across departments;
  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various departments such as sales, customer service, and installations;
  • Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations, while analyzing financial data to improve profitability and cash flow;
  • Approve major expenditures and investments in alignment with company goals and objectives;
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the team, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment;
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance, ensuring alignment with company values and standards;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service and customer support;
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, meetings, and networking events;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and best practices.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar management role, preferably in the construction, engineering, or related industry;
  • Proven track record in managing daily operations, budgets, and high-performance teams;
  • Strong understanding of financial oversight, budgeting, and profitability analysis;
  • Experience in recruiting, training, and retaining talent in a fast-paced work environment;
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders;
  • Experience in representing a company at public events and networking opportunities.
