Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide on-site service and customer support during visits or dispatches;
• Align workflow and tasks with the assigned schedule;
• Oversee the installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of equipment;
• Identify and resolve technical issues or system errors efficiently;
• Prepare accurate and detailed service reports promptly;
• Maintain thorough documentation of processes and procedures;
• Perform routine inspections and service checks on equipment;
• Take responsibility for preventive and scheduled maintenance activities;
• Adhere to company procedures and protocols while carrying out tasks;
• Collaborate with the technical team to share insights and updates;
• Understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations;
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers;
• Provide regular updates and reports to the technical manager;
• Ensure safe operation of vehicles in compliance with company policies.

Experience

• Previous experience as an Electrical Technician;
• Demonstrated experience in field service roles;
• Expertise in diagnosing, testing, repairing, and maintaining technical equipment;
• Familiarity with mobile tools, applications, and relevant technology;
• Possess a clean police record;
• Possession of valid A and B driving licenses;
• Experience with Solar Water Heater, Reverse Osmosis, Air Conditioning, and Photovoltaic system installations is highly advantageous.
