Betsson Group Affiliates is the home of some of the biggest brands in the online gaming industry. We provide support to thousands of affiliates, helping them build a long and profitable partnership with us.
We are offering an exciting new position within the Affiliate ADOPS team, where you will be highly involved in various aspects of the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handle admin duties such as approving new affiliates, assigning accounts to the respective Account Managers, changes in affiliate personal details and various other related matters
- Screen affiliate emails related to the approval process
- General issues related to the affiliate payment wallet and reports via our numerous tools
- Manage the support cluster queries from affiliates who don’t have a dedicated Affiliate Manager
- Work hand in hand with the Operations team to handle the Betsson Group Affiliates support mailbox
- Support the Operations team with Social Media insights and internal and external communications with an external tool
- Support in handling external forums on behalf of BGA
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 1 year B2B marketing experience, preferably online
- Previous experience in customer service
- Experience in iGaming and affiliation is a big plus
- A co-worker with a positive attitude
- Good communication skills
