Excellent opportunity to join Betsson Group as our Brand Project Manager



This role will drive key brand projects for the group from the initial brainstorming and research phase, straight through implementation or production, and on to debriefing and reporting.

Key projects include but are not limited to rebranding, refresh of brand, new market launch, big sporting events, etc.

At Betsson Group we work with a Hybrid Work From Home (WFH) model, giving you the flexibility of working 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.


  • Manage a portfolio of complex Brand project initiatives that span across multiple commercial regions.
  • Drive process planning including scope definition, estimating, budgeting, schedule development and monitoring and cost control measures. Manages to the approved project scope in POS, cost/budget and go-to-market. Responsible for the project budget and reconciliation.
  • Manage communication with stakeholders both internally and externally, ensuring their team has the information and buy-in needed to get the project across the finish line. 
  • Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project and define measurable success criteria.
  • Ensure that all projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork across multiple commercial regions, innovation, and excellence.
  • Participate in establishing best practices, strategy, templates, policies, and tools to expand and mature these capabilities for the Betsson Group.


  • 2-3 years of experience managing projects, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
  • Well-versed in most or all of the following, but not limited to: design, media, video production and advertising projects, sponsorship and customer engagement, digital strategy projects.
  • University degree in marketing, economics, or business.
  • Excellent presentation capability and rhetoric’s, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a redesign, plan a 360 media campaign, or launch a new product and route content for legal review.
  • Ability to use marketing tools, CMS, CRM, and project management software’s such as JIRA, ClickUp, in order to maximize their marketing activities.
