Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing;
- Familiarise yourself with all products and services offered by the company;
- Conduct market research, competition studies and analysis to identify selling possibilities and target markets;
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media;
- Maintain and update sales, marketing and business development documentation;
- Maintain customer activities in CRM;
- Attend networking events, exhibitions and conferences to attract and retain customers;
- Build positive and long-lasting business relationships with current and potential customers and the respective key decision makers;
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and suggest solutions;
- Prepare and deliver pitches and customise presentations for each customer’s specific business needs;
- Grow business through the development of new leads and contacts, and suggest upgrades and add products and services that may be of interest to existing customers;
- Maintain a professional relationship with our Vendors and Suppliers;
- Collaborate with management on quarterly and yearly sales targets.
Experience
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field;
- Have proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive or similar role;
- Be fluent in English and Maltese, both written and spoken;
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

- Have strong organisational and time management skills;
- Be self-motivated with a results-driven approach;
- Be able to work under pressure, against tight deadlines and abide to strict targets;
