Chef de Rang
We are looking for a Chef de Rang/ Station Waiter to join our Front of House team. We require someone whose customer service skills are exceptional, able to manage and service a floor section with confidence, controlled, and at a high standard. Ultimately, in providing a memorable experience to our esteemed guests.
Brief Job Description:
-Reporting to the Floor Supervisor and Assistant Restaurant Manager
-To be in charge of a floor section -giving out menus, explaining specials, taking orders, and answer questions about menu items.
-Supervise the Floor Runners
-To ensure a smooth and professional on-going service.
