Our client is a private transportation company.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Check the daily operations of transportation;
- Attend and solve in real time, all the incidents, changes and problems that may occur in transport services;
- Liaise with drivers in real time to align services with planned schedules and minimise lost KM;
- Attend to any incidents to minimise service interruptions and create related reports;
- Provide support and direction to drivers during incidents with safety as top priority;
- Use the Tracking System and / or other technological tools that can be implemented in the Control Room;
- Ensure proper quality of transport services in terms of frequency, timetables and expeditions, trying to minimize those aspects that cause delays in the daily service;
- Manage the information received, efficiently and confidentially;
- Manage the most efficient and effective service in terms of use of bus fleet and drivers;
- Ensure compliance and security policies, risk prevention, data protection, quality and environment established in the field of occupation and responsibilities;
- Cooperate with the Control Room Manager in all the tasks that are required.
Experience
- Knowledge related to transport, safety procedures and passengers’ Code of Ethics.
