Company Introduction

Our client is a provider of corporate, tax, accounting, business advisory, and administration services.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist the preparation and submission of resolutions and statutory forms to the Malta Business Registry;
  • Manage various corporate-related tasks, including changes to corporate structures and the incorporation of new companies for our clients;
  • Maintain and update company registers;
  • Review and draft contracts and resolutions;
  • Open and close bank accounts and maintain regular communication with banks;
  • Handle client communications efficiently;
  • Ensure all companies comply with current laws and regulations;
  • Liaise with the Malta Business Registry (MBR) and other relevant authorities;
  • Assist with client onboarding and ongoing monitoring processes;
  • Perform day-to-day duties essential for the smooth operation of the companies;
  • Manage Residency Programmes and Employment Visa Registrations;
  • Handle due diligence and KYC documentation and correspondence;
  • Keep clients informed about relevant industry developments.


  • A diploma in Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field is highly desirable;
  • Familiarity with corporate industry regulations and standards;
  • Prior experience in similar roles is advantageous;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications;
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
