Excellent opportunity to join Betsson Group as our new CRM  Manager – Poker.



As the CRM Manager – Poker, you will define the global CRM lifecycle strategy.

You will be measured on your ability to impact top-line poker KPIs; your main objectives are to increase conversion, early life retention, retention, x-sell and reactivation rates.

  • Manage and deliver customer communication and hyper-segmented campaigns to drive conversion, early life retention, retention (below the line) x-sell, and reactivation.
  • Use a data-driven approach in all lifecycle activities across all channels, ensuring ongoing analysis is carried out to determine the ROI, and continually tweak and improve lifecycle offers and player communications to maximise profitability.
  • Implement highly automated journeys to increase efficiency and enable campaigns to scale.
  • Drive mobile engagement and app adoption through cross-sell communications.
  • Define the poker contact strategy (right place, right time, right person) and drive continued improvements in audience segmentation.
  • Manage and optimise player incentive’s budget for lifecycle activities and use prediction modelling to invest CRM spend in the right customer segments to drive upsell and minimise waste.
  • Drive optimisation testing by experimenting with creatives, copy, audience, reward type and reward value.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior regional stakeholders on the success of local CRM lifecycle activities, demonstrating a deep understanding of what motivates customers.


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience of CRM and lifecycle management from a similar role in the gaming industry.
  • Someone with a keen interest in poker, that has a strong understanding of poker products.
  • Someone with a good understanding of customer communication strategies.
  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in a marketing discipline or equivalent work experience.


  • Experience from Salesforce Journey Builder.
