Location: Malta + Hybrid set-up environment
We are looking for Proposition Executive to support our global live casino and cross sell promotions across multiple brands in multiple markets.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting and delivering the central live casino and cross sell proposition, ensuring we create market-leading experiences delivering enhanced retention and brand loyalty.
- Collaborating with Data, Product management and operation teams to ensure that personalisation efforts align with broader business goals.
- Working with best-in-class partners to accelerate personalisation initiatives
- Becoming a subject matter expert of internal and external bonus and reward systems.
- Collaborating with the proposition, local CRM & VIP teams to ensure ComeOn are utilising the best mechanics for cost-effective promotions.
- Supporting the continual global and local promotions and performance.
- Monitoring and analysing performance metrics related to personalisation efforts and providing regular reporting and recommendations to senior management.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices related to personalisation and incorporating them into our strategy as appropriate.
About you:
- 1-2 years in a CRM/Promotions role within iGaming.
- Solid understanding of the Live Casino product vertical
- Passion for delivering best-in-class experiences for customers.
- An interest and willingness to learn promotion/campaign analysis.
- A self-starter who can deliver personalisation from inception to being in the “customer’s hands”.
- Good organisation and time-management skills.
- Social and loves working in a multicultural environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with many different stakeholders across a high-paced company.
