Your daily pitch:

As Customer Experience Analyst (m/f/d) you help to develop analytical solutions to influence customer experience, innovation, product development and deliver actionable insights for our products, services, and business. You collaborate with team members and various functions to provide analysis and insights for conversion rate/step improvements on Tipico products. In this position, you will be able to marry your expertise in working with large data sets with your restless desire to formulate and answer broad “what” and “why” questions, publishing results from the analysis to drive product decisions.

Your playing field:

  • You collaborate closely with other CX team members to develop and optimize Tipico’s user journeys using qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • You analyse customer data to derive insights and to improve step and funnel conversion rates.
  • You interpret data, identify key findings, make recommendations, and share learnings based on results to positively impact customer experience.
  • You enlighten strategic decisions with detailed analysis of our customer preferences and behaviours.
  • You provide ongoing recommendations to help deliver on key metrics and KPIs, through continuous product testing and user experience improvements.
  • You design, build, and maintain ongoing performance reports and manage one-off reporting requests.
  • You create and execute deliverables that help inform the ideal experiences for users (e.g., product audits, web analytics reviews, user journeys analysis, information architecture reviews, task flows, user scenarios and persona development).
