Customer Operations Analyst (m/f/x)
Some of the things you will be doing:
- You will support daily operations by handling verifications, investigations, monitoring and reviews of items related to KYC and AML processes, reconciliations and exception handling.
- You will contribute to the positive reputation of Zastrpay by providing first-class support to customers, merchants and distributors.
- You will support with the on-boarding and monitoring of distributors and merchants as well as provide training support on Zastrpay products and back office tools.
- You will support with the creation and/or maintenance of existing processes and procedures for the team.
This role is on a shift basis (5 days a week, 40 hours per week). Shifts can range from Monday to Sunday 8am-8pm. This can be changed depending on the business needs.
