As a Customer Operations Project Coordinator (m/f/x) your main focus lies in identifying process improvements within our Customer Operations department. You will be collaborating closely with the relevant stakeholders and the Customer Operations Optimization Manager to solve technical obstacles, ensuring a smooth operational flow. Your playing field
- Optimization. You will be responsible to optimize product flows and operational processes acting as a facilitator between operational, customer facing and technical departments, as well as 3rd party providers.
- Testing. Carrying out User Acceptance testing as well as providing trainings to the operations team is a crucial part of this role after assisting in the implementation of new tools and features.
- Monitoring. Monitor processes to identify technical bugs and liaise with vendors and product owners to ensure technical improvements take place.
- Documentation. You are documenting business requirements following the department guidelines and methodologies.
- Flexibility. Assist the Customer Operations Optimization Manager with any other ad-hoc tasks.
