Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet and communicate with customers in a warm and empathetic fashion;
- Deliver a high level of customer service to customers via phone and emails;
- Explain to customers the products, site and policies;
- Keep up to date with new information and policies;
- Build a relationship with clients providing accurate information in a timely manner;
- Understand, guide and support clients;
- Collaborate with other departments where necessary.
Experience
- Fluency in English and German or another EU language, both written and verbal;
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage;
- Have interest in the online sector and are eager to learn more.
