Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide excellent customer support services to Chinese customers;
- Be able to work on a night shift basis between the hours of 9.00pm until 4.00am;
- Attend trainings, team building or other such events.
Experience
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal;
- Proven customer service skills and experience working in professional business office setting;
