  • Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer inquiries through various channels including emails, and chats;
  • Providing a high level of customer service to players;
  • Ensure that more complex customer issues are followed up and resolved promptly;
  • Contribute to the on-going development and improvement of our customer experience;
  • Ensure professional working relationships with customers and colleagues;
  • Promoting the brand's values and products.


  • Candidates with previous experience in a similar role will be given preference.

Working Hours

  • Shift work;
  • Remote work on weekends and evening shifts.

Personal Skills

  • Have excellent communication skills in Finnish and English;
  • Good communication and IT-skills;
