Our client is a leading company in the hospitality, development and construction sectors.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee and manage the Director’s schedule, encompassing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements;
  • Prepare and refine correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents;
  • Conduct research and gather data for meetings, projects, and presentations;
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders;
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items;
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Director;
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation;
  • Assist in preparing contracts, proposals, and other formal documents;
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information;
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and overseeing office operations;
  • Manage personal tasks and errands for the Director, including scheduling personal appointments, coordinating family events, and handling household management;
  • Arrange personal travel and accommodations;
  • Assist with personal financial management, including tracking expenses and managing budgets;
  • Handle special projects and tasks assigned by the Director, both professional and personal.


  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred;
  • Demonstrated experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar administrative role;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Experience in the construction and development industry will be considered a plus.
