Our client is an international payment provider.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coach line managers to help them with their development and effectiveness;
  • Assist with workforce planning, including succession planning, identifying skill gaps and training needs;
  • Hold meetings with team members and line managers in relation to probation reviews, performance assessments and conducting of exit interviews;
  • Update & maintain administration records across the employment cycle starting from recruitment and selection, onboarding and assimilation, maintenance and terminations;
  • Pull reports, analyze, compile data, and put together PowerPoint presentations;
  • Full ownership of own recruitment roles with screening, shortlisting and interviewing potential candidates;
  • Prepare offer letters and contracts of employments (Malta & EU);
  • Obtain previous references for selected new hires;
  • Compile, coordinate and schedule training agendas for new joiners;
  • Conduct full HR orientation including meeting with all new hires, explain training agenda, and collect all required paperwork.


  • Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international company;
  • Have outstanding knowledge of Maltese Employment Legislation;
  • Hold a Degree in Business Management/HR/Organisational Behavior would be considered an asset.
