Live Casino Proposition Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a Live Casino Proposition Manager to lead and own our Global Live Casino promotions across multiple brands in multiple markets. With a keen interest in Live Casino, you will help engage, retain and activate our customer base!
What will your responsibilities be?
- Own and deliver the central Live Casino proposition ensuring we create market-leading experiences that deliver enhanced retention and brand loyalty.
- Responsible for the global CRM promotions calendar for Live Casino across multiple brands and markets within the ComeOn Group
- Deliver best in class player promotions based on an understanding of live casino player behaviour
- Become the subject matter expert of our partners bonus and rewarding systems.
- Collaborate with local CRM & VIP teams, Central Casino team & Customer Insight Manager on best promotional mechanics and cost-effective proposition
- Influence CRM product roadmaps to ensure the group has the required bonus tools, features and front-end customer experience.
- Responsible for continuous optimisation of global and local promotions and performance – managing promotional budget and its efficiency to deliver NGW.
- Carry out research new engagement tools and techniques.
Requirements
A little bit about your background:
You have a strong understanding of global live casino and the online gaming landscape as well as a solid understanding of bonus types, mechanics, casino rewards, etc. Through your experience you have also required solid knowledge of 3rd party gaming providers systems such Evolution and Playtech. You are willing to think outside the box to deliver engaging Live Casino onsite and through external channels. Through your strong numerical and analytical skills, you are able to use a range of data insights & sources to tell a compelling story. We expect you have superb communication, organizational, operational, teamwork and interpersonal skills and come with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar casino or CRM role.
