Our client is a leader in Malta’s renewable energy sector.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee all operations vis-à-vis the customer and third parties in relation to installations, repairs, and servicing;
- Maintain and update the database with customer information;
- Create and present detailed reports;
- Direct potential sales leads to the Sales Representatives;
- Address any customer queries and complaints;
- Question customers to understand their requirements and preferences;
- Assist the Technical department in planning and scheduling;
- Analyse and optimise Operational procedures;
- Note customer requirements or orders and process them to the concerned department;
- Maintain a record of day-to-day calls and interactions;
- Organize and manage the logistical operations;
- Ensure all documentation is prepared, reviewed, and actioned in a timely manner;
- Liaise with all the operational departments.
Experience
- Proven work experience of 1+ years in a similar role;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Maltese and English;
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and any other CRM software.
