Managing Director Czech Republic
We are looking for a Managing Director to set-up and launch our new business in Czech Republic.
This is a huge opportunity for the right person with ultimate responsibility for the performance of our business in this market.
Are you the high energy, get things done industry leader that we seek?
You will be directly responsible for full P&L of Czech market including customer experience, lifecycle management and marketing strategy. Your primary focus is to monetize customer and to grow revenue. Your main responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Act as Commercial lead focused on delivering Betsson brand into the locally regulated Czech market
- Identify and recruit a team of high performing local experts and professionals
- Develop and implement local strategy and market plans. Responsible for local budget. Review and approve quarterly local market and CRM plans in co-operation with the Central teams
- Accountable for customer life cycle from acquisition to retention
- Drive brand awareness through a mix of onsite and offsite marketing channels closely following any market trends
- Ensure that customer engagement is delivered through effective customer marketing and an optimized site experience. Responsible to overview, flag and improve the customer’s experience and journeys
- Optimise daily operations to improve quarterly performance and meet annual revenue targets
- Responsible in making sure that all executions are compliant in their market
- Follow closely the competition and industry/market trends
As an individual you are highly results oriented with the ability to manage vertically and laterally in a complex organisation. You have excellent people skills, are an accomplished leader and a true expert in the field of iGaming.
- Senior iGaming professional with a proven track record of leading high performing teams
- Direct experience of the Czech gaming market
- Impressive previous experience in Sales/Marketing/CRM
- Hands-on approach

- Wealth of knowledge and understanding of Customer Lifetime Value and mapping the Customer Journey
