Company Introduction

Our client is a retail and commercial centre.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide support to the marketing manager;
  • Manage the brand and marketing initiatives;
  • Liaise with suppliers;
  • Research and analytics;
  • Execute campaigns;
  • Coordinate newsletters;
  • Handle social media tasks;
  • Create and manage website banners;
  • Design digital display media;
  • Work on outdoor media design;
  • Manage always-on communications for bigger campaigns;
  • Assist in designing during major campaigns like Black Friday/Christmas;
  • Liaise with printers, events, and entertainment suppliers when necessary;
  • Cover responsibilities during the manager’s leave.

Experience

  • Possess at least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
  • Proficient in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite;
  • Excellent familiarity with MS Office, social media platforms, and online applications (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Google Adwords, etc.);
  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles;
  • Experience in managing campaigns from concept to execution across diverse platforms;
  • Familiarity with WordPress is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Be fluent in English and Maltese.
