Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans with innovative approaches to reach target audiences and build brand loyalty for various corporate brands within the Organisation.
- Create and implement impactful marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market share for the different brands managed by the potential candidate;
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly for continuous improvement;
- Manage social media platforms, create engaging content with aim to increase the following, raise brand awareness and communicate efforts and initiatives to a wider audience;
- Develop marketing collateral from ideation to execution when required;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives;
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team;
- Assist in planning and organizing marketing events and promotions as is required including on site photography and videography assignments;
- Support in tracking marketing budgets and expenses.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role;
- Be familiar with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Skilled in articulating thoughts coherently through both written and spoken communication;
- Demonstrate creative thinking, consistently contributing inventive and novel ideas;
- Exhibit strong organizational skills, particularly in effective time management;
- Driven by a results-oriented mindset, dedicated to accomplishing marketing objectives;
- Possess project management expertise and excels in multitasking efficiently.
