Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain social media pages (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn);
- Monitor App and Website ensuring content is relevant;
- Execute the Marketing Plan and create marketing content for Campaigns;
- Liaise with third party suppliers and maintain a healthy relationship;
- Entice tenants and third parties to book Digital Ads on Screens;
- Liaise with Tenants as necessary and maintain a healthy relationship;
- Reply to customer comments in a timely manner;
- Monitor expenses vs budget;
- Liaise with Marketing Committee and organize Marketing Committee meetings;
- Liaise with Marketing Agency as necessary;
- Prepare Marketing reports including footfall records as required.
- Hold a degree in Marketing or Business related;
- Have basic Microsoft Office Skills;
- Have had training in Photoshop, SEO, PPC, Social media marketing, event planning;
- Have a good command of the English Language.
- Have good teamwork skills;
- Have good communication skills and networking ability;
- Be able to adapt;
- Be attentive to detail;
- Have good organization and planning skills;
