Online Process Analyst (m/f/x)

The Online Process Analyst will ensure a flawless customer experience by analysing the customer facing processes and internal processes to the finest detail. S/he will track and analyse insights and implement processes which will be key for members of the Online team to increase customer satisfaction and ultimately assist Tipico in remaining a Market Leader.
Your playing field:
- You will carry out detailed mapping and analysis of all customer facing and internal processes.
- Based upon your analysis, you will suggest improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction by standardising and recommending operating procedures, controls, and training needs.
- You will create an agreed format and structure for all process documentation.
- Setting up constant monitoring and analysis to ensure measurable KPIs are in place will fall under your realm of responsibilities.
