Payments & Fraud Analyst (m/f/x)
Your daily pitch:
By bringing all your knowledge to the pitch, you support the Payments & Fraud Team by approving withdrawals and being aware of suspicious player behavior. Therefore, you investigate missing deposits, fraud alerts and deal with cases that were escalated by the Customer Services team.
Your playing field:
You review daily withdrawals and process outgoing withdrawals in a timely manner, but on top of that you will also be checking for fraudulent activity.
You keep up to date with payment options & fraud related trends and share your knowledge with the team. Contributing to our #oneteam philosophy.
- You will be reviewing accounts through various reports like Multiple accounts or KYC Tools to identify any suspecious activity.
- You will action and resolve cases related to chargebacks and owed funds,
- You will be checking any missing deposit issue through the Reconciliations report by using payment back offices or Navision.
- You also handle any related customer queries that were escalated by customer service through Salesforce.
You will have the opportunity to network with members of the Customer Operations team to ensure a positive customer experience, but to also grow your knowledge.
You will regularly be interacting with the Responsible Gaming team, the Customer Service team and even the AML & KYC Team.
